We are the very First and Only Brewery with Brewing on Premises in Spring City History! originally est. 2016
We brewed this Ale in 2017 to honor Spring City’s 150th anniversary and the hardworking people who built this town, and it immediately became a fan-favorite. So, we added it to our regular rotation and haven't looked back! It’s clean, it’s crisp, and it’s got a smooth, amber malt backbone that hits just right after a long shift. No pretense, no fluff—just a damn good beer for a damn good town.
A California Common Ale, often known as Steam Beer, is a unique hybrid style that originated in the US and gained its popularity during the California Gold Rush of 1849, right around the time this town was being built and founded. As a small-batch Brewery, we don't have the newer technology of a Glycol Chiller, which is needed to "cold crash" brews to make them into lagers. We tapped into history, decided to follow tradition and brew our very own.
ABV: 4.5% | Style: Vienna malt California A
A beautiful, golden Belgian-style ale that hits all the right notes. Infused with those classic, fruity Belgian yeast esters and a remarkably smooth finish, it’s a brilliant track from start to finish. If you’re looking for something bright, complex, and incredibly easy-drinking, queue this one up next.
ABV: 6.5% | Style: Belgian Blonde Ale
Clock out, sit down, and let this one do the heavy lifting. The Working Man is our tribute to regular-rotation perfection. It’s balanced, clean, and exactly what you picture in your hand when the weekend finally arrives. Punch the clock and pour a pint.
ABV: 4.5% | Style: Pale Ale / Light Ale
Love me two times, girl, I’m gone... But make it three times, because this Belgian Tripel is an absolute showstopper. Brewed as a tribute to the bluesy riffs of The Doors, this heavy hitter pours a beautiful golden hue and is packed with complex aromas of spice, banana, and sweet fruit esters.
It goes down remarkably smooth with a crisp, dry finish that completely masks its high-voltage strength. One sip gets your attention, the second gets you grooving, and the third... well, don't say we didn't warn you.
ABV: 9.5% | Style: Belgian Tripel
Who says a great stout has to feel like a meal in a glass? Little Booty is a wonderfully smooth, dry stout packed with rich, coffee-forward notes and a roasty finish. It delivers all the dark, robust flavor you want without being so heavy that you need a fork and knife to finish it.
ABV: 5.5% | Style: Dry Chocolate Stout, usually found on Nitro
Smooth, mysterious, dark but highly drinkable. Don't let the dark side scare you off, we aren't evil here. Midnight Rider is a beautifully light dark beer that drinks way smoother than its color suggests. With subtle hints of roasted malt and a clean, effortless finish, it’s the perfect companion for a late-night session or a long set of live music.
ABV: 6% | Style: Schwarzbier
Like a liquid peanut butter cup, but for grown-ups. We took a rich, velvety English-style brown ale and loaded it up with smooth, creamy peanut butter flavor. It’s got a comforting, nutty aroma that fills the room and a chocolatey malt finish that lingers just long enough. It’s sweet, it’s savory, and honestly, it blows a jelly sandwich right out of the water.
ABV: 5.5% | Style: Brown Ale, usually found on Nitro
Named after Eddie Van Halen’s holy-grail guitar tone, this beer is pure rock history in a glass. We dialed the amps up to eleven to give this classic brown ale a warm, crunchy malt body and a velvety smooth finish. Expect deep, organic notes of caramel, toasted nuts, and subtle chocolate with a rich sustain that rings out long after the final sip. No gimmicks, no fuzz—just perfect tone from top to bottom. Crank up the volume and let it ride.
ABV: 5.5% | Style: Brown Ale
This one is close to our hearts. We brewed this light and juicy Session IPA as a direct tribute to our friends and neighbors at the Liberty Steam Fire Engine Company No. 1. Our roots run deep in the first responder community—members of our own founding and ownership team have spent years serving on the front lines as firefighters and EMS personnel, so we know exactly what it means to answer the call. We designed this beer with that legendary local history in mind.
Back in 1881, after a devastating fire claimed a major local business, the citizens of Spring City rallied together, urging the council to purchase their very first Silsby steam engine and officially incorporating the volunteer fire company in 1882. Over 140 years later, that original steam engine is still proudly displayed at the station on Main Street. Our Liberty Steam Session IPA is built for the long shift. Our Liberty Steam Session IPA is built for the long shift. It features a bright, refreshing hop profile bursting with citrus and pine, balanced by a remarkably clean finish. Clocking in at a lower ABV, it delivers maximum flavor with ultimate drinkability—perfect for relaxing with the crew when the apparatus is back in the bay and the job is done.
ABV: 5.5% | Style: Session IPA
Don't let the name fool you—there’s no emergency here, just pure, crisp relaxation. Unlike those heavy, smoothie-style sours that feel like a meal, this kettle sour is crafted for ultimate drinkability. We added just a subtle, delicate taste of sweet strawberry Greek Yogurt during the boil, and juicy mango puree for a bright, snappy base.
It hits your palate with a clean, electric tartness that softens into a light fruit finish, leaving your tastebuds completely refreshed and ready for another round. Clocking in at an easy-going 4.3%, it’s the ultimate beer to kick back with and enjoy a few.
ABV: 4.3% | Style: Lightly Fruited Kettle Sour

This one doesn’t sit quietly in the glass. Packed to the brim with intense hop flavor and a fierce aroma, our flagship IPA is bold, bitter, and completely unforgettable. It claws its way out of the glass, slaps your tastebuds awake, and leaves you begging for another pour. Consider yourself warned.
ABV: 6.4% | Style: East Coast West Coast Fusion IPA
