Our Beers

Our take on the classic California Common. This style and our town both got their start in the late 1800s, so it felt fitting to create for Spring City's 150th Anniversary back in 2017. Ours is made with Vienna malt and lager yeast, brewed at warmer temps for a unique blend of crispness and subtle fruitiness. With an amber hue, it has a mild, toasty malt backbone and a gentle hop balance. Easy-drinking and refreshing, yet still packed with flavor.

One of our most popular Stouts to date...crafted for those who crave rich flavor and a velvety mouthfeel. Poured on nitro for an ultra-creamy texture and cascading head, this stout features notes of chocolate, pale, and crystal malts blended together to present a smooth and creamy chocolate Stout, perfect for cooler evenings, pairing with dessert, or whenever you are craving a delicious Stout.

But seriously, this is a bold IPA fusion that demands your attention. The beer delivers a massive, complex hop profile not to be messed with. Expect the juicy aroma of an East Coast IPA, followed by the bitterness and crisp finish of a traditional West Coast brew.

The Nitro Brown Ale with a serious cult following. Expect a welcoming scent of sweet, roasted peanut butter, with subtle chocolate and caramel malt notes. The nitro infusion creates a mesmerizing cascading effect, settling into a deep brown body topped with a thick, creamy, off-white head that lasts. It's medium-bodied, silky smooth, and incredibly drinkable. If you see it on the menu, best to order it fast, as it never lasts long, despite it being in our constant brewing rotation. Have one with

Our Love Me Three Times is an homage to the classic, gold-standard strong ales of the Belgian Trappist monasteries. This Tripel is a deceptive brew, offering high strength with a remarkably clean, drinkable character. When served, it is a beautiful, brilliant gold with a thick, meringue-like white head that laces the glass. This high-strength, complex Tripel is meant to be savored slowly, letting its delicate blend of Abbey yeast and fruit notes evolve as it warms slightly in the glass.  

Formerly known as the "Brown Sound", this beer is an American Brown Ale that delivers a comforting, medium-bodied experience. It starts with a rich, malty foundation offering satisfying notes of caramel, chocolate, and a hint of nuttiness. The sweetness is beautifully balanced by a moderate hop presence, providing a clean, slightly crisp finish. This is the perfect beer for those who appreciate the complexity of a dark beer but also enjoy the refreshing edge that American Ales can offer.

We know there are plenty of beer drinkers who don't like to mess around with wild flavors, high ABV, or just come in looking for a “regular beer.” Although we are known to make some crazy brews, we love all who love beer and wanted to make something palatable to everyone. Our Working Man is just that. A clear, light-colored ale that is incredibly easy to drink, it’s low in alcohol and features light hop notes, a crisp finish, and a light body. No wild flavors, just pure, honest beer.

Don't let the darkness fool you! This German Black Lager is a study in smooth, clean complexity. The Midnight Rider pours nearly black, but has the crisp, dry characteristics of a light lager, offering notes of subtle dark chocolate, coffee, and toasted barley. Unlike a heavy stout, it has a medium-light body and a clean, snappy finish. It's the perfect dark beer for any season.

This is a vibrant, easy-drinking Kettle sour with a refreshing double-fruit punch! We use strawberry Greek yogurt in the last few minutes of the boil to achieve a distinct sour, tart fruit note, and once it is transferred to the fermenter, we add in a fresh mango pulp. Expect a crisp, clean tartness that is immediately followed by a wave of luscious, ripe fruit. Light-bodied, effervescent, and finishes dry. 

Experience the ultimate comfort of fall in a glass. This Pumpkin Ale is brewed with real pumpkin puree and spiced in the boil with a comforting blend of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. The nitrogen infusion creates a cascading, velvety texture that transforms this brew into a silky-smooth dessert in a glass. Expect rich spice notes, a creamy mouthfeel, and a satisfyingly warm finish.

If you catch our joke with the name, you'll know why this labor-intensive sweet Barley wine-style Ale is a limited release. This beer is cursed! For some reason (we blame our in-house ghost), every round we brew is plagued with issues. But it’s simply TOO GOOD to let the ghost win. It comes out a little bit different each time, but it remains one of the best (and strongest) Ales you can find on this side of the Schuylkill.

This easy-drinking Session IPA is our tribute to our local First Responders and the Liberty Steam Fire Co. of Spring City—a tribute that's personal, as some of our founders are former first responders. This light IPA features a bright, clean hop profile with notes of citrus and stone fruit. It has a crisp body and a refreshing finish, making it highly sessionable.
